Mirror of Time — A long-form reflection across memory and time.

About the Album

Mirror of Time is a long-form meditation on memory, change and the strange distance between who we were and who we become. Reflective and immersive, the work treats time as a surface that can hold fragments, repetitions and quiet transformations.

The Story Behind the Album

A mirror normally returns the present, but Mirror of Time is interested in everything else caught behind it. Drifting Through Silence begins the reflection in motion. Waves of the Unknown and Beyond the Final Glow push past what can be recognized, until After the Last Light asks what memory looks like when even the original illumination has gone. Distance Without End and Infinite Between Us place separation at the center of the glass. Signals in the Dark and Nightfall Frequencies suggest that the past still transmits, but never with perfect fidelity. Every return arrives altered by the person doing the remembering. End of the Silent Journey appears to close the reflection, only for The Last Dream Sequence to add one final layer. The album treats time not as a line but as a surface: something we revisit, misread, recognize and change simply by looking again.

Production Notes

The long-form chill-out production favors continuity and reflective pacing over sharp contrast. Sustained electronic layers provide the mirror-like surface, while gentle pulses and recurring melodic fragments create the sensation of images returning with slightly different contours. As the titles move from light toward darkness and dream, the arrangements become increasingly spacious. Repetition is used as transformation rather than duplication, reinforcing the idea that a remembered motif is never exactly the same when it comes back.
